Sandra Boone, BS, Director of Quality & Customer Services

Sandra Boone was named Director of Quality & Customer Services in July of 2007 after having served as Customer Support Manager for seven years, and as a key member of the Virtua Design Team. She arrived at VTLS Inc as a Customer Support Librarian in 1996, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in the library field. Ms. Boone graduated from University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Technology & Management. Prior to VTLS, her experience includes work in Serials Control, Cataloging, Acquisitions Electronic Resources Management, Reference Librarian and LAN Network Manager.
