Cece Yourshaw, MBA, Vice President of Operations

Cece Yourshaw was named Vice President of Operations in January, 2007 with responsibilities for quality assurance, customer services, marketing & sales and information systems. Ms. Yourshaw first joined VTLS in July, 1996 as Manager of Quality Assurance. Prior to joining VTLS, she had 17 years of financial, human resource and quality management experience in the manufacturing sector. Cece holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Virginia Tech. She continues to be an active member of the American Society for Quality, including serving as Chair for the Radford-Roanoke Section and she has been a Certified Quality Auditor since 1991. She has presented and published several papers in the area of software quality.
