Jack Bazuzi, Managing Director of VTLS Europe, S.L.

Jack Bazuzi serves as Managing Director of VTLS Europe, S.L. located in Barcelona. VTLS Europe is a regional sales and support center addressing the needs of library markets in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Bazuzi also serves as Corporate Vice President & Director of International Operations with corporate-wide administrative and policy responsibilities.

Bazuzi joined VTLS Inc. in 1988, following a four-year tenure at the Virginia State Library. There he directed the Library's VTLS prototype network and supervised internal library automation projects. During that time, he was instrumental in starting the VTLS Users' Group and in formulating its bylaws. He also was the first chairman of the VTLS Users' Group. Prior to that he held a number of managerial posts in medical and academic libraries.

Bazuzi has master's degrees in both library science and information systems.
