Your Place or Ours?
To meet the varying needs of libraries, we try to make the contents, scheduling and delivery method for training sessions as flexible as possible. For initial implementations, onsite training is recommended to allow the most flexibility and interaction between the trainer and your staff. We work with your library to determine the training schedule that will best meet your needs. VTLS also offers interactive web-based training that provides a lower-cost alternative to onsite training. In addition, training classes are scheduled at VTLS offices and at Users' Group meetings to give VTLS users additional training opportunities.
Training Videos, Training Manuals and Users Guides
VTLS offers a variety of resources to allow self-paced training for your staff. Training manuals and Users guides are available to all VTLS users for download and online training videos are available for the most popular topics.
